Job Summary – Impact & Expectations:
The Chemical Inventory Technician ensures uninterrupted factory operations through precise inventory control and management of multiple chemical stockrooms on-site. This position is key to maintaining safety, compliance, and efficiency by tracking, reconciling, and supporting the movement of chemicals using the Sigac inventory system. You will provide frontline customer service, handle hazardous materials with care, and play a critical role in supporting factory production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process daily chemical inventory replenishment orders.
- Accurately record and reconcile inventory in multiple stockrooms using Sigac.
- Physically handle and relocate small chemical containers; maintain stockroom organization.
- Disposition expired chemicals and coordinate returns to warehouse.
- Support receiving and allocation of new chemicals from third-party warehouse.
- Create and manage bar code labels for inventory tracking.
- Troubleshoot and support Sigac software/hardware issues; set up new chemicals and tool locations.
- Maintain stockroom housekeeping, signage, and de-trashing.
- Provide daily support to factory operations and respond to inventory-related inquiries.
- Adhere to safety protocols; use PPE for hazardous material handling.
- Assist with audits, cleaning, and reporting as needed.
