Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook complete meals using multiple cooking techniques, including a variety of menu items, such as vegetables, meat, seafood, appetizers, soups, fried rice, noodles, sauces, etc.;
• Coordinate kitchen workflow to support high-volume take-out orders;
• Handle multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
• Ensure timely preparation and consistency of all dishes during peak hours
• Create new recipes;
• Support and guide kitchen staff through hands-on training and daily coordination;
• Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards;
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards;
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper food storage and handling;
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace.

Employment requirements:
• Completion of secondary school or equivalent program in cooking
• Over 5 years’ cooking experience as either a Chef or a Cook in a restaurant, hotel or resort setting
• Experience in Chinese cuisine
• Have a culinary certificate or equivalent credentials
• Strong ability to prepare dishes involving multiple steps and diverse cooking techniques
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in high-volume kitchen operations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:$30/hour, 35 hours/week
