Job Summary
Beeryani Indian Bistro & Bar Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, team supervision, and maintaining food quality standards. If you have a passion for creating flavorful dishes and working in a busy restaurant, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Plan menus and create new recipes
Instruct and supervise cooks and kitchen staff
Maintain records of food costs, inventory, sales, and usage
Ensure food is prepared and presented according to quality standards
Recruit, hire, and train kitchen staff
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and cleanliness
Requirements
Language: English
Education: High school diploma (secondary school graduation certificate)
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Relocation Support: Employer will cover relocation costs if needed
Transportation: Public transit available nearby
Skills and Qualities
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Good planning and organizational ability
Creative and flexible with menu design
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
