Sushi Mura Oak Restaurant Ltd. dba Sushi Mura Entertainment is looking for a full-time permanent CHEF to join the team as soon as possible. If this ad is up, we are still hiring.

Location: 6485 Oak Street Vancouver, BC V6M 2W7
Wage: $35.00 to $39.00 / hour (wage determined based on experience and qualifications; higher wage levels apply for candidates with more extensive experience)

Job Duties
• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
• Supervise cooks and kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Develop and refine recipes
• Plan daily menus and ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
• Maintain accurate records of food costs, inventory, sales, and consumption
• Order and maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies
• Train new and existing staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
