Position : Chef, Permanent, Full-Time Position
Wage : $36.70/hr, Working 30 hours per week
Starting Date : As soon as possible
Work location : 3270 Coast Meridian Rd, Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 3N4
Job Duties:
- Plan menus and create new menu and sauce and ensure food meets quality standards.
- Prepare and cook complete Korean style meals or specialty foods
- Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff and instruct cooks in preparation, cooking and presentation of food
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking and handling food
- Check Inventory and supplies and evaluate the ingredients for the day
- Supervising and consulting with customers regarding special arrangement
