Overtime: $51.75/Hour, starts after 44 hours

Education:
• College diploma or apprenticeship training of two or more years; or supervisory experience
Work Setting: Restaurant
Schedule: 32.5 Hours/Week. Flexibility in schedule is required, especially for take-out service. The work schedule is from Monday to Sunday, with one day off on a rotational basis. The most frequent shift is from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, but shifts can vary from day to day. Overtime will be required. The workers will rotate between the two locations.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Cook’s trade certification or equivalent credentials, training and experience.
• Completion of secondary school required
• Minimum 2-year experience in Mexican style full-serve restaurant
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine
Tasks:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or specialty foods, and create decorative food displays
• Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
• Create new recipes
• Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
• Plan menus
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
