Chef de Partie - 9 Miles East - Saratoga Springs, New York

9 Miles East is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our growing sourdough pizza and all-day dining operation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare naturally leavened sourdough pizzas
• Cook on the line and execute daily service
• Develop seasonal menu specials
• Assist with ordering and inventory management
• Support kitchen leadership and team development
• Maintain food quality and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional culinary experience
• Passion for pizza, baking, and local ingredients
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Interest in leadership and operational growth
