experienced Full-time, Permanent Chef.
Conditions:
• Position : Chef (Full time, Permanent position)
• Working hours : 30 ~ 40 hours per week
• Wage : $35.00 ~ $37.00 per hour
• Vacation : 10 days paid holidays per year or 4% gross salary
• Position Available : 1
Requirements :
• Education : completion of secondary school
• Experience : 2 years to less than 3 years of commercial restaurant chef experience
• Language : English

Job Duties :
Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
Analyze operating costs and other data
Supervise activities of specialist chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers
Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Estimate food requirements and food and labour costs
Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
