BBONG Korean Restaurant in Coquitlam BC is looking for full-time Chef to join our team
Restaurant: BBONG Korean Restaurant
Position: Chef, Full time, Permanent
Wage: $34.65 ~ $36.65 per hour
Working hours: 30 Hours per week
Work Location: 329 North Rd #260, Coquitlam, BC V3K 3V8
Start date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
- Prepare, cook and complete meals and specialty foods for the events
- Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
- Analyze operating costs and other data
- Estimate amounts and costs of supplies and food items
- Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking and food presentation
- Maintain records of food costs, sales and inventory
- Train staff in preparation, handling and cooking of food

Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in commercial food preparation
- Completion of Secondary school
- Able to communicate in English
