Change Management Specialist Job

Job Summary
Seeking a Change Management Specialist to support the PASS Modernization Project by driving user adoption, stakeholder communication, training coordination, and smooth transition to a new cloud-based procurement system with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
• Support change management strategy, planning, and adoption activities
• Assess organizational impact, readiness, and stakeholder needs
• Develop and manage communications, training support, and job aids
• Coordinate with project teams, PMO, and change leadership
• Track issues, support RAID updates, and maintain project documentation in Microsoft Teams
Required Skills and Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in change management documentation, writing, and editing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to collaborate, work independently, and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to work onsite 4 days a week
Preferred Skills and Certification
• Experience or familiarity with contract law or procurement processes
