Bookkeeper/Administrator!
We’re seeking a meticulous and organized individual with a
passion for detail and a drive to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bookkeeping: Invoice customers, post payments, collections, job costing,
pay contractors and vendors, and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks Enterprise.
* Administration: Use your organizational skills to maintain job related documentation, purchase orders and receiving documents.
Requirements:
* Formal Training: Proven bookkeeping education and minimum 5 years experience. Construction experience is an asset.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office, and Google Suite.
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is essential.
* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and thoroughness in a deadline driven environment.
* Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
