Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Ownership Potential Job

Responsibilities:

Meet and work with new clients while building an individual book of tax clients

Manage a growing list of corporate clients’ payroll and bookkeeping needs

Communicate with clients via secure text and email portal

Make decisions that mutually benefit both clients and the firm

Prepare S Corp, Partnership, C Corp, 990, and individual tax returns

Represent the firm professionally within the community

Create, manage, and launch tax resolution campaigns

Develop and distribute educational content with an emphasis on superior customer service

Review and update tax education collateral as needed

Qualifications:

CPA with a minimum of 3 years of experience

Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail

Solid understanding of Iowa tax law

Proficiency with tax preparation and bookkeeping platforms (Drake and QuickBooks preferred)

Ability to prepare S Corp, Partnership, C Corp, 990, and individual tax returns

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented and collaborative approach

Training will be provided for the right candidate
