Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant
Location: Wilmore, KY 40390
Duration: On-call basis
Work Schedule: ( Weekend Day Shift )
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Personal Hygiene Assistance – Bathing, dental/oral care, hair/nail care, dressing (25%)
Bowel & Bladder Support – Escorting to bathroom, bedpan/commode use, intake/output charting (20%)
Meal Assistance – Feeding, use of appliances, restorative dining, escorting to dining area (25%)
Vital Signs Monitoring – Temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respirations (5%)
Specimen Collection – Urine, stool, sputum; diabetic urine tests (5%)
Routine Rounds – Ensuring personal care needs, lifting/turning/repositioning with equipment (10%)
Sanitation & Infection Control – Maintaining clean environment, handling/disposal procedures (10%)
To be considered for this position, you should have:
least one year of long term care experience
