Work Duties:
• Provide strategic direction and leadership.
• Develop the business in line with the annual plan, formulated by the CEO and ratified by the Board.
• Facilitate coordination between our Beijing headquarters and other global offices.
• Make critical decisions on significant business affairs.
• Execute marketing strategies and deliver direct services to key clients.
• Recruit and mentor managers and supervisors, fostering a robust and skilled team.
• Drive financial prosperity and manage cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure strict adherence to legal compliance across all business facets.
• Represent the company at various social events and functions.
• Report directly to the business owner and board of directors.

• A minimum of ten years of management experience in policing, legal, or security sectors.
• Advanced education in relevant fields; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Exceptional self-discipline and intrinsic leadership motivation.
• Proven execution skills and efficient work practices.
• Availability for overtime and extensive business travel.
• Familiarity with East Asian culture and languages is an asset.
• Must pass background clearance check.
