Company Introduction

Castella Manufacturing Ltd. is the manufacturing subsidiary of Castella Capital Ltd. Castella manufactures various desserts like cheesecake soufflé, Cheese tarts, Basque cheesecake, tiramisu, and more. The company supplies Castella operated retail stores, as well as contracted restaurants and cafe partners throughout British Columbia and Alberta.

CEO (chief executive officer)
Job Description:
• Set up goals for the company and ensure their implementation.
• Authorize and coordinate the formation of key departments and corresponding senior staff roles.
• Assign available resources, including but not limited to human and financial recourse, to implement policy to achieve goals.
• Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure the company are in good operation.
• Choose middle management staff (directors, or other senior executives) to support the company’s objectives.
• Facilitate the collaboration among divisions or departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Participate strategic business negotiations with other companies and official functions or appoint management staff to act on its behalf.

• College diploma in food, business administration or other discipline related to the relevant field.
• 2+ years’ experience in middle or senior leadership role in food or relevant industry.
• Strong business acumen and a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
