Positions Available: 1
REQUIRED SKILLSET:
1. Develop and implement long-term goals, vision, and strategies for growth and profitability.
2. Manage daily operations of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
3. Develop and implement sustainable policies in the manufacturing process, focusing on reducing waste, energy consumption, and environmental impact.
4. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
5. Build, lead, and mentor senior management and key teams, fostering a positive work culture.
6. Develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, and represent company in official meetings or gatherings.
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and risk mitigation strategies.
8. Guide the development of new cabinet designs and products, keeping pace with industry trends and technological advancements.
9. Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective material sourcing.
10. Oversee marketing initiatives, brand development, and market expansion strategies.
11. Regularly report to the board of directors and investors on company performance, financial health, and strategic initiatives.
