• Position: Travel Agency General Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $61.54-$63.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:
• Develop and set objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments within the company, such as sales, customer service, and operations
• Allocate material and human resources to implement organizational policies and programs
• Establish administrative controls to monitor and manage the company’s records, and approve promotions to attract and retain clients
• Overall personnel planning, including hiring, training, and development
• Coordinate the work of different regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operation across the company
• Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations
Job requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years of related experience is required
• Education: A college diploma or other discipline related to the service provided is required
• Language: English
