Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Troubleshoot and pinpoint malfunctions in telecommunications systems, carrying out necessary adjustments, component replacements, or repairs.
Examine and verify the performance of telecom equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Replace or repair faulty telephone devices and related hardware.
Conduct tests on installed telephone networks to identify issues affecting signal transmission.
Review diagnostic results and make required modifications, repairs, or updates to switching systems, networks, associated hardware, and software.
Prepare, update, and maintain detailed service logs and testing documentation.
Set up analog, digital, and electromechanical trunking systems, circuits, and related equipment within central offices and switching facilities.
Use computerized diagnostic tools to run service tests on customer lines and telecommunications equipment.
