Cellular Phone Technician
Universal Info Tech Corp requires a full-time Cellular Phone Technician at its 105 N May Street, Suite 2, Thunder Bay, ON P7C 3N9 location. The technician will perform the following duties:
- Identify issues with mobile devices, perform diagnostic tests as directed.
- Execute preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory to support operational efficiency.
- Provide good customer service by communicating repair processes and timelines effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques.
- Prepare logs, reports, user guides, and other necessary documentation as needed to track and analyze the use and cost of equipment and systems.
Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full-time.
Offered wage: We offer $36.00/hr. 30 hours/week.

Skills Requirement and Experience:
• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience, completion of a related program, or a combination of relevant experience and high school education is required.
• Must be able to have verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must be organized, reliable, and have keen attention to detail
