Cash Management Specialist (Hybrid - Columbia, SC)

The Cash Management Specialist is responsible for AgriLine, Lockbox Remittance, and Daily Reconciliations.

What you'll do
- Process daily AgriLine Rejects
- Research and resolve any check discrepancies
- Verify and process AgriLine Chargebacks.
- Upload all charges into an automated chargeback spreadsheet and notify the associations, Production Control, and Accounting of all charges being applied.
- Research any system processing errors or out-of-balances that occur due to the chargeback process.
- Return non-deposited exceptions, cash, and correspondence items to the appropriate branch office and coordinate exception processing
- Processes deposited exception items and OCR Rejects
- Responsible for following up on potential encoding errors with Regulus and Bank of America
- Ensures lockbox payments are properly applied to the appropriate system each day. Balances Lockbox, FastCash, AutoDraft, AutoBorrow, ICS, QuickPay and AgSweep cycles daily
- Coordination and daily management of cash management services provided by the bank and association

What you'll need
- Education and experience equivalent to an Associate Degree in Accounting or Business
- Five years of comparable work experience
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Suite of products
- Knowledge of commercial bank operations
- Knowledge of automated accounting systems
