Case Manager Job

A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation is seeking a Case Manager with outstanding written communication skills and a strong ability to craft persuasive, accurate, and well-reasoned immigration documents.

Key Responsibilities
• Draft explanation letters, responses to Critical Immigration Responses, and case applications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and persuasive reasoning.
• Analyze and interpret scenarios, obtain supporting documents as per Immigration Justifications.
• Analyze client information, verify supporting documents, and translate facts into compelling written narratives.
• Review and edit all written materials for consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Maintain organized client files and ensure all deadlines and procedural requirements are met.

• Exceptional English writing skills: ability to draft professional documentation, applications, and submissions with clarity, precision, and persuasiveness.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate facts and present arguments effectively in writing.
• Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and document structure.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
