Compensation: $37.00 per hour
Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per week

Benefits: 4% vacation pay remuneration. Extended health benefits provided after 3 months of probation period.
Job Duties
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of carpenters, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and according to specifications. Create schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate with other trades and contractors as necessary.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary materials is crucial to keeping projects running smoothly.
- Assess project requirements, estimate material quantities, and place orders in a timely manner to avoid delays.
- Involve troubleshooting technical problems, mediating conflicts between workers, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Involve providing on-the-job training, organizing workshops or seminars, or arranging for certification programs to enhance your workers' capabilities.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and provide necessary safety equipment and training to prevent accidents and injuries.
