We are seeking experienced and reliable Carpenters to join our growing team, where carpentry plays a critical role in our prefabrication and construction operations. We rely on Carpenters to support the accurate assembly, installation, and finishing of structural components across residential and commercial projects, including framing, formwork, installation of prefabricated panels, and finishing work. This role requires strong hands-on carpentry skills, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and precision in measurements. Work is performed in both shop-based prefabrication environments and active construction sites, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and delivering high-quality workmanship aligned with project timelines. Compensation & Benefits
Wage: $36.60 per hour

Job Responsibilities
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan layouts and ensure accurate execution of carpentry work.
• Perform necessary measurements and calculations to determine material requirements and project specifications.
• Plan, organize, and sequence work activities to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install materials including wood, engineered products, lightweight steel, and other construction materials.
• Construct and install structural components such as foundations, floor systems, walls, partitions, and prefabricated assemblies.
• Install and fit doors, windows, stairs, mouldings, hardware, and other finishing elements with precision.
• Apply finishing techniques to woodwork, including paneling and trim work, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with supervisors, team members, and other trades to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow across projects.
• Communicate effectively with team members and, where required, assist in resolving construction-related issues and worksite challenges.
• Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring proper use, care, and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Follow all workplace safety practices, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure structural integrity and compliance.
• Assist in reviewing damage reports, supporting repair assessments, and carrying out necessary repair or renovation work.
• Perform additional related duties as required to support overall construction operations.
Qualification & Requirements
• Completion of secondary school.
• Relevant education or 2-3 years of work experience in trade.
• Demonstrated knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Physically capable of performing demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
• Good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and overall physical fitness.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various construction environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team-oriented work environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail with a reliable and professional work ethic.
