A-1 Doors & Mouldings Ltd., located at 12625 80th Avenue, Surrey, B.C., V3W 3A6, has immediate vacancy for Carpenter.
Position details are as below:

Job Title: Carpenter
No. of Positions: 1
Job Location: 12625 80th Avenue, Surrey, B.C., V3W 3A6
Term of employment: Full-time, permanent position, 30-40 hours per week.
Compensation: $36.60/hour. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 8 hrs per day/40 hrs per week.

Benefits: 

. Extended health benefits after three months of continuous employment.
. WCB Coverage with 4% vacation pay

Job duties:

. Read & interpret drawings & sketches to determine specifications
. Estimate height, width, length,& other proportions
. Measure, cut, shape, & assemble wood materials using woodworking machines, power tools, and hand tools
. Build exterior frames, interior frames, pocket frames, custom doors
. Assemble glass doors, main entry doors, interior doors
. Install hardware such as hinges, handles, locks, roller catcher etc using hand tools and power tools
. Repair doors & replace panels of doors.

Requirements:

. Education: Completion of Secondary School
. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience
. Language: English
