Carpenter Job

S Jee Framing Ltd. located at 7388 Todd Cr., Surrey, BC, V3W 7N6 urgently requires two Permanent & Full Time Carpenter. We welcome and encourage Youth, New immigrants, and Aboriginal people to apply.

Job Duties:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
• Maintain, repair and renovate wooden structures in residential & commercial establishments.
• Build foundations and beams, lay subflooring, erect, walls, operate power tools etc.
• Supervise other workers.

Language: English is required
Education: Completion of secondary school
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant field is required.
No. of positions: 2
Wage: $30.00/hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% vacation pay
