Carpenter Supervisor Job

Riveting Renovations Ltd at 3582 Delblush Ln, Langford, British Columbia V9C 0S1 is hiring Carpenter Supervisor for F/T and permanent position.
Duties
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of exterior or finishing carpenters in residential, and commercial buildings;
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of carpenters, providing guidance, direction, and motivation.
• Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity
• Train or arrange for training of workers
• Ensure all work is performed in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to relevant safety regulations and procedures
• Order, track, and manage materials and supplies for projects, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use

Requirements:
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Minimum education as completion of High school
• Minimum experience of 2 years or more as carpenter is required

Terms:
• 30 to 40 Hours/week
• 2 days off per week
• Work will be at various locations across the Vancouver Island & coast region.
Wage: $41.00/Hour
