Salary- $30.00 to $33.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 37.5 hours per week
Terms of employment- Permanent employment- Full time- Early morning, Flexible hours, Morning, Day- Starts as soon as possible

Experience- 7 months to less than 1 year
On site- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work site environment- At heights, Noisy, Dusty, Outdoors

Responsibilities/ Tasks
Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements
Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments
Additional information
Transportation/travel information- Own transportation
Work conditions and physical capabilities- Bending, crouching, kneeling, Handling heavy loads, Large workload, Physically demanding, Tight deadlines
Own tools/equipment- Steel-toed safety boots
