Salary: $38.50–$42.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
Hours per week: 30–40

Main Location:
241 Applewood Crescent, Suite 7, Concord, ON L4K 4E6

Work Location: Various construction sites across Ontario. Frequent travel to project locations is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood, engineered wood, steel, and other construction materials.
Build and install concrete formwork for foundations, walls, columns, slabs, and other structural concrete components.
Construct foundations, floor systems, walls, and roof structures.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
Repair, renovate, and maintain existing structures as required.
Ensure work complies with project specifications and safety regulations.
Supervise and coordinate the work of crews of 3–4 employees when required.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:
Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of carpentry experience, preferably in concrete forming.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and formwork systems.
Ability to read construction drawings.
Experience using hand and power tools safely.
Valid driver's licence is considered an asset.
Willingness to travel to various job sites.
