Job Description:
M&M Quality Pallet Ltd is looking for a Carpenter to work for their business located at 46091 Higginson Rd, Chilliwack, BC V2R 2A9.This position is full-time for 8 hours a day and 40hours per week.
As a Carpenter, you will be performing the following job duties:
-Review and analyze blueprints, and sketches to identify requirements and estimate materials needed.
-Install, repair, and maintain wooden flooring, including hardwood, engineered wood, and laminate.
-Measure, cut, and install wooden planks with precision to ensure flawless fitting and alignment.
-Prepare subfloors for installation, ensuring proper leveling and cleaning.
-Sand, stain, and finish wooden floors to meet aesthetic and durability standards.
-Assist with the layout and design of flooring patterns, ensuring they align with client preferences and architectural features of the space.
-Operate efficiently while maintaining adherence to safety protocols.
-Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to customer satisfaction.
-Complete any additional tasks as delegated.

Job Requirements:
-Completion of secondary school is required.
-2-3 years of experience required.
-English as a Language skill is required.
-Trade certification for carpenters is not mandatory but will be an asset.
What we offer:
-$37.00 per hour.
-4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period.
--Terms of Employment: Full-time permanent position.
Location of Work – Various locations all over Lower mainland.
