Job Duties:
– Build, install, maintain, and repair foundations, exterior doors and windows, floors, walls, and roofs.
– Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, or designs to determine job requirements.
– Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials to build frames.
– Help erect, level, and install building framework with the help of equipment.
– Maintain, repair, and renovate residential structures according to job needs.
– Instruct and supervise construction helpers and other workers.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Bending, crouching, kneeling, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Handling heavy loads Work.
