Position Info:
• Position: Liquor store salesclerk
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $16.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 103 Railway Ave E, Carlyle, SK S0C 0C7

Job Duties:
• Process customer payments by cash, cheque, credit card, debit card or other approved payment methods
• Use the POS system to scan products, calculate totals, issue receipts and complete transactions accurately
• Complete routine sales documentation and provide customers with receipts or other required purchase records
• Update computerized inventory records and assist with placing replenishment orders when stock levels are low
• Help customers choose suitable beer, wine, spirits and other store products based on their preferences and budget
• Respond to customer questions, handle basic concerns and provide courteous service throughout their visit
• Arrange products on shelves and promotional displays so that merchandise is organized, visible and properly presented
• Welcome customers and discuss the type, brand, size, quantity and price of products they are looking to purchase
• Record product sales and stock movements to support accurate inventory monitoring and control
• Prepare merchandise for sale by unpacking deliveries, attaching price labels, stocking shelves and checking products for damage

Job requirements:
• Experience: Experience is an asset
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
