P & Q Logistics Trans is looking for a Cargo Handling Supervisor.

Job Description:

Job Duties:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of movers and drivers
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with business partners
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
- Train or arrange for the training of workers
- Determines operation staffing requirements, interviews, hires and trains new employees, or oversees these processes
- Responsible for being the “on-call” emergency contact outside of normal business hours

Job Requirements:
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: 2 ~3 years of experience in the occupation supervised is required.
