Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring they receive the care and attention necessary to maintain their independence and dignity. This position requires a nurturing attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Duties

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Monitor and document vital signs and changes in patient condition
Prepare meals and assist with meal planning and preparation
Medication reminders only as described in care plans
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean living environment
Assist with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary
Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement effective care strategies

Requirements

Must have or have access to reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening and assessment
