Caregiver Job

Are you a Caregiver with mental health experience that is looking to assist someone in their home live their best life? Are you needing a couple hours a week to fill in your schedule? This may be the position you have been looking for!

Details:
• Part Time 9 hours a week
• Starting at $16.32 hour
• Mileage provided!
• Long term employment with ONE client
• Located in residents home in Oxford

Requirements:
• Client is sensitive to pet hair (use of lint roller before shifts)
• Client is Very sensitive to perfumes and detergent smells.
• High levels of Patience and empathy
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S and pass a criminal background check
• Must have reliable transportation, vehicle and insurance to take member on errands and doctor appointments

Responsibilities:
• Housekeeping
• Laundry
• Assistance with Grooming
• Meal Prep
• Grocery shopping, medication pick-ups, errands
• Emotional support during doctor appointments

CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.

Our services and supports help older adults and people with disabilities and other long-term care needs remain safe and independent at home. Assisting the CLTS program finding respite providers throughout Wisconsin. We work alongside individuals and families to help them understand, enroll in, and manage care services, providing guidance every step of the way.
