• Assistance with toileting and incontinence care
• Mobility support (walking, transferring, fall prevention)
Meal & Nutrition Help
• Meal planning and preparation
• Feeding assistance (if needed)
• Encouraging hydration and proper nutrition
Household Assistance
• Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
• Changing bed linens
• Grocery shopping & errands
Transportation & Errands - Driving or accompanying clients to:
• Appointments (non-medical)
• Social outings
• Shopping or religious services
Companionship & Emotional Support
• Conversation and social engagement
• Activities like games, reading, walks
• Reducing loneliness and isolation
Safety & Supervision
• Monitoring for safety risks
• Reminders for daily routines
• Observing changes and reporting concerns to family (not diagnosing)
