Caregiver- Choose your own shift and client Job

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility, transfers, and walking assistance
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Remind clients to take medications as directed
Accompany clients to appointments and errands
Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition or behavior
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Follow care plans and company policies at all times
Treat clients with respect, patience, and professionalism
Qualifications
Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
Compassionate, dependable, and patient
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Basic knowledge of caregiving and safety practices
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to pass background check requirements
