Car Wash Manager Job

Sensha-Ya, a Japanese hand car wash company, is seeking a Car Wash Manager for its Richmond location.

Permanent, full-time; 30-40 hours per week; $38.00 per hour. Bonus available based on sales performance.

Duties:
• Direct, control, evaluate, plan and organize daily operations
• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
• Conduct interviews
• Hire, train and supervise staff
• Address customers' complaints or concerns

Qualifications:
• Secondary school completion required;
• At least 3 years of experience as a specialized cleaner, including hand car washing, is required;
• At least 2 years of previous supervisory or management experience, preferably in car wash or other similar business, is an asset;
• Must have excellent customer service skill;
• English language ability required;
• Japanese language ability is an asset.
