Car Wash Manager Job

Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Supervise all aspects of the car wash’s day-to-day functions to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery and workflow continuity.
- Devise and coordinate daily schedules and processes to align staffing, equipment use, and service goals.
- Establish, communicate, and enforce standard operating procedures and staff guidelines to maintain consistency and compliance.
- Plan, monitor, and control budget allocations and supply inventories to optimize costs and ensure availability of necessary materials.
- Negotiate, oversee, and evaluate advertising and promotional agreements to strengthen market presence and customer acquisition.
- Recruit, onboard, and coach team members, providing ongoing supervision and performance feedback to uphold service excellence.
- Promptly address and resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive experience and fostering client loyalty

Requirements:
• Secondary school or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year related working experience
• Possesses and able to carry out work with the following characteristics:
