Responsibilities
Tasks
• Direct and oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Evaluate operational performance and implement improvements where necessary
• Plan, organize, and coordinate day-to-day activities of the organization
• Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures for staff
• Plan, monitor, and control budget expenditures and inventory levels
• Manage and negotiate contracts related to advertising and marketing strategies
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high-performing team
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
