Job Description
BMG Auto Repair Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Car Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs, and maintaining vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards.
Responsibilities:
• Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
• Test automotive systems and components
• Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems
• Repair or replace mechanical units or components
• Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturer’s specifications
• Estimate parts and labour costs for maintenance and repairs
• Perform scheduled maintenance services
• Advise customers on work performed and any required future repairs
Qualifications and Requirements
• Completion of secondary school
• A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience; prior training or certification is considered an asset
• Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
