Orleans Kia is looking for a dedicated Car Leasing Branch Manager (TEER 0: 60020) to join our dynamic team! The potential candidate will embrace opportunities for new and continuous improvements while delivering an exceptional experience for each client.
Job Duties:
• Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishment;
• Maximize client retention by streamlining processes and improving brand loyalty through providing exceptional service;
• Maintain attention to detail and high-quality control standards while preparing and executing agreements and contracts.
• Provide clients with a thorough explanation of products and extended warranties with a focus on increasing business and contract renewals
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the ratio of retail sales to leases and renewal percentages
• Assist with desking, training & coaching sales consultants while reviewing their floor traffic performance
• Work in conjunction with different teams or departments for appraisal and delivery processes
• Learn and maintain solid product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles and manufacturer-specific rebate, finance and incentive programs
• Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary
• Help in planning budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor
• Understand and implement all dealership processes for efficient operations
• Ensure that all sale documents and registrations are completed accurately and in full compliance with store policies and OMVIC.
• Comply with all company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Other duties as required by management.
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Several years of related retail or wholesale sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required.
• Sales, management and customer service experience.
• OMVIC license is required
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (30-32 hours/week)
Compensation: $ 42.78 / hour
