Hwy 10 Auto Sales Ltd. DBA Mainland Motors located at 6786 King Goerge, Surrey, British Columbia V3W 4Z5 urgently requires one Permanent & Full Time Car Dealership Manager. We welcome and encourage Youth, New immigrants, and Aboriginal people to apply.
Duties:
• Analyze market research and trends to assess consumer demand, estimate potential sales volumes, and evaluate the impact of competitors' activities on sales.
• Coordinate, manage, oversee, and assess day to day operations.
• Develop budgets, approve expenses, and track income.
• Assess and enhance customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, and training of employees.
• Decide on the products and services to be offered and establish pricing and credit policies.
Minimum education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years of related work experience is required.
Number of Positions: 1
Salary: $41.00/hour (Minimum 32 hrs/week).
