• Position: Administrative Supervisor

• Wage: $40.00/hour

Job Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of administrative staff involved in client intake, file preparation, document collection, data entry, and office support for immigration-related services
• Develop work schedules, prioritize administrative tasks, and assign client files to ensure deadlines, application milestones, and internal processing timelines are properly managed
• Review completed administrative work, including client forms, checklists, correspondence, and file records, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal office procedures
• Train administrative staff on company policies, client service standards, document management procedures, CRM/file tracking systems, and confidentiality requirements
• Prepare and submit internal reports on file progress, staff workload, pending documents, client follow-ups, and office workflow efficiency to management
• Resolve administrative workflow issues, provide guidance to staff on office procedures, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, file accuracy, and client service quality
• Coordinate administrative activities between consultants, case processing staff, recruitment staff, and client service teams to ensure smooth communication and timely file handling
• Maintain and monitor office systems, equipment, supplies, and digital filing tools, and arrange purchases or support when required for efficient office operations
• Follow up with clients after service engagement to coordinate outstanding documents, provide administrative updates, and ensure ongoing support is delivered in a timely and professional manner
Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in immigration office administration is required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
