Call Center Business Development Customer Service/Sales Support Agent – Earn $37,440-$85,000+/yr (includes an hourly base pay + uncapped performance bonuses)

Successful automotive group looking for dynamic, energetic, career-oriented Business Development Customer Service Professionals who are masters of influence and love working the telephone. You will be responsible for coordinating all incoming opportunities/inquiries, following up on all leads, and booking appointments for the showroom sales team, that come in via phone or online. No cold calling!!!

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-3 years of Phone Sales Support and or Automotive BDC Experience preferred

  • Excellent telephone skills are an absolute must for this position.
  • A proven history of inside sales, internet marketing and/or scheduling sales appointments.
  • The ability to instantly build rapport with clients.
  • Superb communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be a quick learner and be self-disciplined with a "never say die" attitude.
  • A professional demeanor and the ability to face rejection without losing momentum.
  • Superb customer service skills with the proven ability to resolve customer service issues.
  • The ability to meet or exceed department Key metrics that measure overall performance.
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and efficient typing and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational expertise and attention to detail.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including evenings and weekends (40 hours/week).
