Call Center Agent / Telemarketer Job

Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls to book appointments, assist with inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Communicate effectively in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
• Utilize computerized systems to document interactions and manage customer accounts.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Process data accurately.

Experience
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications.
• Familiarity with outbound calling techniques is advantageous.
