As a Sales Trainer, you will play a crucial role in training and developing our sales teams, ensuring their success and contributing to the growth of our business.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales representatives. You will conduct training sessions, create training materials, and provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales teams. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales training.

Job Requirements:
Help design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs based on the needs of the sales teams.
Deliver training sessions to educate and train sales representatives on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
Create and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online training modules.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives, identifying areas for improvement and offering guidance to enhance their performance.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training and incorporate them into training programs.
Be ready to do weekly and monthly check ins with sales reps on their performance and ready to train on their weaknesses to improve their performance.
