Wage and hours: $35 hourly, 30 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize daily operations and evaluate daily operations
- Determine type of services to be
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices or arrangement according to the cafe budget
- Monitor staff performance and oversee staff training
- Set staff work schedules
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Manage events
