We, Great Dane Coffee located in Vancouver, BC, are currently seeking experienced Café Manager.

Position: Café Manager
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30~40 hours per week)
Wage: $28.85 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and control daily operations and activities
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, cleaning supplies, etc
- Monitor revenues to determine expense cost
- Set staff work schedule and monitor staff performance
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers
- Negotiate with clients for catering or events
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
