PAPPAROTI in Vancouver is looking for energetic, Full-time Café Manager
Position: Café Manager
Term of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Working Location: 1505 Robson Street, Vancouver, BC, V6G 1C3
Wage and hours: $34.65 hourly, 30 hours per week
Responsibilities:
• Directly get involved in planning and organizing daily café activities
• Decide what kind of service to provide and make the specific operational procedures
• Oversee staffs training
• Keep an eye on staffs’ performance and schedule the shifts
• Control inventories
• Resolve customers’ complaints
• Make sure all staffs are following the regulations on health and safety
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and also clients for catering
