Café Manager Job

• Direct and coordinate daily coffee shop activities to ensure smooth operations, efficient service delivery, and a positive customer experience.
• Participate in the hiring process, provide onboarding and workplace guidance, and assess employee performance to support service excellence and operational goals.
• Address customer concerns and service-related issues promptly, ensuring a welcoming environment and adherence to workplace health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor stock levels of beverages, food products, ingredients, packaging materials, and equipment, and arrange replenishment to support uninterrupted operations.
• Establish and maintain service procedures, product presentation standards, and operational practices to promote consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Review operational results, staff productivity, and customer feedback, and implement measures to improve service quality, efficiency, and overall business performance.

• Education Level: At least Graduate of Two year Diploma Equivalent
• Language Requirements: English
